Rule 45
Daily Case List
"(1) The Srestdar prepares a daily list of cases published in the weekly list in accordance with Rule 44 and determines one by one for such a judge in a court with one judge and in a court with more than one judge, such list is determined one by one. A copy should be given to the concerned judge. Such daily pay list should be posted by the Srestedar on the notice board of the court. -(2) According to sub-rule (1), when preparing the daily attendance list, it should be prepared in such a way that the hearing is held in the following order:- A Schedule 3B. Priority cases mentioned in b Cases registered before implementation of different case management system c Other cases of simple route group d Other cases of general route group and special route group.
(2A) In the case of preparation of the list of appearances in accordance with sub-rule (2), if there are more than one cases in the same order, the priority of appearance shall be determined based on the order of registration of those cases.

(5) Addition by First Amendment. 25 2(2B) Subject to sub-rule (2), the concerned court may manage the hearing of the case in separate bars according to the nature of the case.
(3) When preparing the list of appearances according to sub-rule (1), the order of the cases opened by adjournment and the cases registered for retrial according to the decision of the Supreme Court or the High Court shall be determined on the basis of the date of registration.
(4) Cases submitted with the indictment or issued by the court, including arrest warrants or arrest warrants of persons who have been arrested or have been arrested, shall be determined by the round procedure for the hearing of cases and petitions to be processed through the supplemental pay list in accordance with this regulation.
(5) According to sub-rule (1), when the daily case list is prepared, the pending case will be assigned to the judge who heard the previous day. But if the judge was absent the next day, such a case would be settledAccording to this, you will have to submit the appeal again in another court.
(6) On the day of hearing the case, the judge shall cause the case to be sent to the bench within one hour of the opening of the court, and except when the discussion of the case is over and a judgment or order is written, the bench officer or the bench assistant shall return the slip to the court clerk after the day's work is over.
(7) In the event that more than one judge is employed, the hearing of the application for direct detention and injunction will be determined by round robin.
